It's a business hotel, very German. The bathroom is pitifully small.

There was an issue with being charged again when making a payment, but chat customer service was able to help.
It seemed like a procedural mistake on the part of the hotel.
There was also a supermarket next door, so it was very convenient.

Arrival and check-in was very friendly and accommodating. We had registered a late arrival by phone, but it wouldn't have been necessary. Everything worked out perfectly. The underground car park was practical and had parking bays that were not too small as we have experienced several times.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the wellness department because our stay was very tight.
We also skipped breakfast because an hour more of restful sleep was a better solution for us. (There was plenty of coffee later...)
The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the beds (mattresses) weren't worn out, but were really hard and very comfortable.
All in all a great price-performance ratio.
Very happy again, a recommendation for Nürtingen.

Our stay was great. Unfortunately the wellness area (indoor pool) was closed for renovation. But that didn't spoil our stay. We would love to come back.

Unfortunately, an alarm went off twice during the night. We called reception and asked what was going on because the alarm had unsettled us. We didn't get a proper answer: "We know, it's nothing, bye" and the call was hung up. The next morning we found out that it was a fire alarm. The lady at reception couldn't accept the feedback about the unfriendly approach. She blamed us for calling and not leaving the hotel immediately. That made us even more angry. They could have told us on the phone that evening that we should leave the rooms instead of saying we were so unfriendly. We understand that things like this can happen, but friendliness and information to guests costs nothing.
We couldn't go back to sleep straight away after the alarm went off because we woke up drenched in sweat because the heating in the room was set very hot. We then had to open all the windows and the heating kept going on and on. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach anyone at reception by phone that night.
When we reported the heating back, the lady wanted to discuss with us why the heating always goes off when the window is open, instead of accepting the feedback and thanking us.
After all, heating the environment is certainly not in the hotel's interest given the current climate situation and heating costs
