Room is spacious, have all amenities and toiletries (just missing the slippers). It have heater instead of air conditioner as there is mostly cold here. Centralized control system is a plus. Washroom is comparatively much smaller and just the basic size.
Cons: The main thing was the management which was poor and mostly looked after only locals as we came to know by our driver. At check in the room key didn't worked 3 time and they have to call some technical guy to resolve the issue which was actually the issue in room door, still they gave us the same room. When we go to food court for breakfast in morning, it was only 4 set items only which also they decide they want to give or not. For every request it was a no even when we are willing to pay extra for the same. For the meal we had we asked extra sambhar they deny they can't give. We asked for sandwich or any breads which was also unavailable. But after sometime, they give sandwich to some other persons. When we confronted them, they told it is in different meal, we asked to give only sandwich they outright denied, when we said give meal they say come after 11. After complaining and telling at the reception his response was mostly defending and at last only told you can discuss with senior manager. It was our time to leave the city as per our itinerary so we left the place as it is.

We are family of three. Two adults and one child. We were given 2 single beds. My husband and child had to sleep on the floor. We couldn't put the beds together as it was fixed. Couldnt get another room as they were full.
The room was overdone. Two dressing tables , two big arm chairs, dining table & chairs etc., big spacious room but too many furniture making it uncomfortable.
When we informed the front office manager , he said it wont happen next time. Well, we are not too sure if qe wont to stay here though.

The five-star hotel had huge rooms and good service. Overall, I was very satisfied. It's very close to the Pink Post Office and there's a lake nearby. There are quite a few entertainment options, but the temperature was a bit low; many people were wearing down jackets.

The overall environment and service were average, nothing particularly amazing. The rooms were quite spacious. The hotel is quite large for the area, but the pool is relatively small, so swimmers shouldn't have too high expectations. There's a supermarket and restaurant downstairs, which is convenient. It gets quite cold at night, so the hotel has an electric fireplace. The Pink Post Office is about a ten-minute walk away, not far at all.

The room is large and spacious, but ours felt like it hadn't been used for a while: the TV wouldn't turn on, there was a rather annoying noise from the electrical panel that had to be fixed a couple of times, and still the problem wasn't resolved. The room was cold, and even turning on the heater, it didn't warm up.
The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good, too.
