The hotel's location and phone number on Ctrip were both wrong. I spent over an hour searching in the pouring rain, asking many locals before finally finding it. The hotel's location was at least several kilometers away from its actual address. My entire day's itinerary was ruined. It was a guesthouse, not a hotel.
