Could be better.
The TV was not working, I called reception, but nobody came to check.
There is a window in the washroom which is really cold!!!
No hairdryer, I have to call for it.
Waited more than 10 min to get the kids club open.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The family room setup was perfect for us—spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable.
The amenities really made the trip: we made use of the free kids' club, the heated indoor pool, and massages at the spa. The onsite restaurants also served fantastic meals throughout our stay.
One quick tip for future guests: try to avoid booking a room on the first floor near the lifts. Since the restaurant is located on that level, there was a fair amount of foot traffic and noise in the evening. Aside from that, it was a perfect experience!

Beautiful Hotel with great restaurants, pool. The room was not so good. No ac, no tub, terrible pillows.

The view from our room was excellent and we really enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Food was overpriced at Sackville in our opinion
