很晚才到，很早就出發了，酒店什麼樣子都沒見到。感覺到服務很好，房間的隔音也很好，很安靜。由於氣温很低，房間居然有取暖設備，非常周到。

This hotel has a stunning location on the edge of a steep valley with amazing views. The rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning that worked. The food was good and the dining room has similar views of the valley. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a small private balcony outside each room.

Unser Guide hatte uns für eine Nacht hiet eingebucht .Das Hotel liegt am Hang und hat einen tollen Blick in Tal und den See. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Zimmer, daher hatten wir gute Aussicht. Allerdings war zwar das Zimmer riesig, jedoch das Bad sehr klein Alles wirkte abgenutzt, aus einer besseren Zeit ....Die Türen waren sehr merkwürdig, eher eine Lagertür, als eine Zimmertür. JEDOCH, der Service war wie überall im Land Gastorientiert. Das Essen wurde serviert, da nur wenige Gäste da waren und es war sehr gut.

Excellent service over all. Good was the highlight and of course the cleanliness within and everywhere was good. Forget office process is simple and straightforward. Our request for a good room facing the valley was honoured! We started for a day but was fulfilling.

Very continently located hotel close to the Nuwara Eliya town and a perfect place for the busy traveler who wants to have a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Restaurant was good, staff courteous and bathrooms clean. But I had doubts about the cleanness of the bed linen and the yellow long pillow looked dirty. First thing I did was get rid of it.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. I’ll start by saying that we only spent one night here this September. Given the hotel’s location, I would recommend bringing good warm clothing. Our room felt like a wind tunnel – the bathroom window couldn’t be closed, and the balcony windows didn’t seal properly. On the plus side, there was a space heater in the room, which I wouldn’t have expected to appreciate in Sri Lanka. The restaurant was also windy and cold. To not be entirely negative, the staff was great, the food was good, and the cleanliness and room amenities were at a decent level.

With my family i have stay 2 days in this hotel.location is very good and overlooking mountain and city viwe.our room is family room.clean room and bathroom .all facilities have.. Food is fantastic and restaurant staff are very kind and friendly..i will recommend this place spacially for my forighn travel partners .

Service level is very good, staff is friendly. Clean rooms, nice location, foods are delicious. Washroom cleanliness also very good. We can recommend Oakray for family stay as well as couples. Improvements point - less varieties of foods.
