The overall experience is very nice and the meals were top notch (compared to other hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka)!
The room is cozy and overall vibe is nice too. It’s like an English bungalow.
The only thing to comment was there was no table in the room, so we need to ask for one.
Definitely recommend this one after tea garden tours.

I highly, highly recommend this place.
As the area is famous for its strawberry cultivation, the welcome drink was strawberry tea and strawberry macarons, which was absolutely delicious. 💓
The interior has just been renovated and is very beautiful, making the English breakfast perfect.
There's a vegetable patch in the backyard and the surrounding landscaped gardens were very pleasant.
The oil heater in our room made a clicking noise all night, but that was part of the charm.
I'll definitely visit again.

The location is perfect, it's clean, and there's enough hot water to warm your body thoroughly. The staff are also friendly.
It was difficult to lock the room door. However, all the staff were happy to help if I had any problems, so it wasn't a problem for me.
There is heating in the room, but it only warms up slowly, so I can't get out of bed at night wearing just a heat tech jacket. Winter long sleeves are a must, even in the middle of summer.

A very British-style hotel with very good service attitude, pure British service. The hotel environment is good, but the room facilities are a bit shabby, there is no hair dryer, and the heater is a very old domestic small appliance.

It was a very stylish accommodation experience. The housekeeper was also very patient and the environment was very good. The only downside was that I don't know why they cooked food at night. The kitchen fumes would come into the room and it was a bit choking.
