Heaven Seven is heavenly and beautiful in the early morning. so nice with noisy birds and makes your day so great and relaxes your mind, Really amazing view from the room. pay a bit more and get # 212 friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food.

A very good hotel . One of our family members h6ad cold .The chef prepared pepper Rasam on request .a big thumps up to the Chef. A room heater was provided . The staff was very courteous . They served the food in our room . Except the items for breakfast on one day ( we stayed 2 Days)everything else was good . They also packed us breakfast for the train ride . This especially compared to the one which stayed in Kandy (another group) was really good, though the Kandy hotel is rated well ( 4 )stars)on all websites but that one(Kandy) was horrible ( no responses , no hot water)

Charmantes, gepflegtes Hotel im Kolonialstil und schönen Bildern. Im Rahmen einer Rundreise haben wir 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und ohne Aussicht, was wir nicht empfehlen können, da es in diesem Hotel keine Terrasse gibt um draussen zu sitzen. Ansonsten hat das Zimmer eine gute Grösse und ist gepflegt und sauber, es hat jedoch weder Safe noch Kühlschrank und ist ringhörig. Der TV hat nicht richtig funktioniert und der WLAN-Empfang im Zimmer war auch eingeschränkt. Dusche/WC ist modern mit Regendusche, bietet aber wenig Ablageflächen und keinen Fön. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nachtessen und Frühstück gibt es in Form eines kleinen Buffets, dieses ist überschaubar aber das Essen ist gut.

A very good Hotel for its Price. The location is close to the town and to the part. Have Plenty of parking for vehicles. But Food prices might be High compared to other hotels. Rooms are very clean and staff is very Friendly. Best place for this price range. Hope to visit again. Cheers.

In 7th heaven, it's cold! Even with extra blankets. The spaces under the French window of several centimeters allow free passage for the wind. The pub-style basement bar allows you to enjoy a cocktail to warm up. The food is ordinary.

The hotel is located above the city. The reception was reserved but friendly. Our room was huge. It was already cool in the morning, also because there was a draft everywhere on the windows. The hotel is more than noisy and noisy until late at night and it starts again early. Breakfast is average, you were full, but we had much better quality on our trip. It was okay for one night.

We stayed at Heaven Seven while on a trip to Nuwara Eliya recently. The hotel was located a short distance away from the park and garden in Nuwara Eliya. The check in experience was good, the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious with a bed enough for two adults and a child. However, the room should have had heating facilities as Nuwara Eliya is a hill station. The breakfast spread was limited but adequate. The a-la-carte and room service menus were decent with some good options. The food portions were large. The check out experience was smooth as well. I would recommend this hotel to people visiting Nuwara Eliya. As most people visiting the hill station do not spend a lot of time in the room, this is a good hotel for such people. Definitely not for honeymooners though ;) but great for families.

Stay away from this hotel - it has mould in the rooms, the bed sheets are thin and old - poor wifi and the service is very average. The location is also not the best. We were so disappointed we packed up and moved hotels - so pleased we did.

Hotel away from the center. We had a room with a connecting door to another room and if we knew Sinhalese we could tell you all the conversations they had, what they sang or discussed. Only a sheet on the bed, no blanket. A very unpleasant smell comes out of the shower drain.
