The staff were super friendly and helpful The location is excellent with great views of Adams Peak. Nice facilities The food was delicious, "Beautiful views good spa. We recommend their messages .Impressive welcome and departure process and a lovely clean hotel with comfortable rooms.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in every way. The resident manager was so attentive to our needs, the chef produced delicious food beautifully presented at every meal.. The gardens were beautiful.. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very very much. Thank you.

+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you again Sameera, we will hopefully see you again one day!
- Only slight negative is that it could have more photographs of the historical figures or building itself going up the walls.

This place is an absolute treasure. The views on the tea plantations as far as Adam’s Peak are fantastic. The place has super nice gardens, nice flowers everywhere, even a veggie garden for the kitchen. The interior is historic, nicely maintained and full of history. The staff are superb, they really deserve a very special praise. Food was fantastic! All in all a really fantastic place to relax, enjoy the scenery, go on hikes or cycle rides, play tennis or croquet. We will be back that’s for sure

We want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Great Environment And this is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make us feel at home. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, Food was fantastic. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The Best Stay Ever. Highly recommended

A taste of the colonial history of this tea plantation. Immaculate gardens beautifully tended, stunning views. Darmy and his team couldn’t do more for us. We stayed for tw nights and hiked through the tea plantation which was magical. We visited the local village where the Tamil community welcomed us with wide smiles. Breakfast overlooking Adams Peak and surrounded by tea was memorable. The curry was superb. Thank you- highly recommend this experience.

Lovely hotel,love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The food was delicious and hygiene standards were high. The staff is all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend
