The house and garden are super beautiful, and the Indian restaurant at the door is delicious, but the room is small and the equipment is very old. We booked more than 1,700 per night, which is not worth the price.

'tis indeed Grand. Very pretty rooms. Delicious foods. Funky bars. Good music. Hallways are dark and very much old British. A walk back in time for sure. Strolled gardens which are lovely. Close to downtown which is busy, but at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful.

Heritage Grand-the name is rightly justified. The whole decor gives an impression of grand heritage it is carrying on. Different cuisine of veg and non-veg is very delicious served by courteous staff. An experience of total relaxation amid excellent ambience.

This hotel was just amazing with the most beautiful gardens. Rooms were lovely and clean. Restaurant was excellent with one of the best buffets I have experienced. Staff were helpful and friendly. High tea was just amazing and very traditional in the English sense. The hotel interior was just gorgeous.

Our stay was splendid during the entire time. We were greeted and treated well by all the staff of the hotel which felt really good and added good experience to our stay. We tried their high tea and would highly recommended it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only item I would recommend the hotel to look into is having air coolers in the room as the hotel is not air conditioned.
