The room is spacious and with all amenities one would look for. We were provided with a heater when we asked for which helped us to sleep better as it was quite cold. The food was good but was cold at times. The hotel is beautiful to look at and very neat and clean.

Stay was extremely comfortable. Food was good. The view from the room is awesome. Though they could make sure they do keep the items listed on the board/menu are available. I asked for cappuccino, and it wasn't available even though it was written on the menu board.

We are having an excellent stay at the hotel and staff are very cooperative and friendly. The view from the balcony is nice, the restaurant is serving good food. Indian food like idly, poori also served. They have provided free wifi and we enjoyed. The rooms are good.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast. Lesser options but tasty food. Good surroundings with breathtaking views around the hotel. Very friendly staffs and very helpful in attending my family. Had plenty of small shops at ground floor for us to purchase things like dresses and spices.

A very beautiful hotel situated in a scenic place with good rooms and kind staff. The restaurant looks so nice and premium but I felt the food could have been with better taste despite having many varieties. The rooms are big and the service is really great. Sudan and Nidhushika took good care of us with great hospitality. I strongly recommend Hotel Ashford to ppl visiting Nuwara Eliya. Also it's situated very close to Sita Amman Temple, a popular tourist attraction.

I came to hotel ashford last last night and we enjoy very well ❤️. Good service from in this hotel staff. Good food & very good place to stay in this hotel . Good location and safety to stay here . I came with my mom,ded , grendmom and grandpa . I like this hotel

We visited Ashford hotel on 5.8.2024. The Ashford hotel is one of the best hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Clean and big rooms with 24 hour cold and hot water showers with smooth entry with welcome drink. Food with various variety which is combination of continental, srilankan and Indian is having great taste. Service with smile is their energy. We appreciate this hotel and would like to stay again. We family and friends ( 22 people) traveled to Sri lanka. We visited 11 places before arriving Nuwara Eliya. Our tour agent Seylon tour placed us in Hotel Ashford. Of all the places we stayed, this hotel stand FIRST in all aspect. Rooms are clean. Good internet connection. Good food and the dining area is huge and very comfortable. the STAFFS are friendly and helpful. Overall i would rate this hotel as the BEST so far.
