After staying here, my life is forever changed. Words cannot explain the beauty of this property. You have to visit it to get it. The fluffiest pillows everywhere, warm bouncy bed feels exactly like hugging a beautiful cloud😍 Truly a little piece of heaven Warm staff, inviting smiles Always ready to assist Great food The best wines and quite a huge selection The freshest of forest air😂 I don't know if that's a thing but the air around the property is soooooo pure. Right in the middle of the forest surrounded by nature's abyss❤️

If you want to get close to heaven, come here. An absolutely AMAZING experience, where you felt like you’d come home to family. Gorgeous resort, amazing facilities, Michelin-level food, and a staff that is so warm you never want to leave! We’ve stayed at several O&O’s, and Nyungwe is a special experience!

We couldn’t have had a more perfect experience at Nyungwe House. Aside from the absolutely spectacular location, luxurious and pristine suites, and delicious super fresh food, the best part of our trip was the hospitality - from Apo and team’s amazing spa, to Maxwell and Grace’s welcoming presence, to Jack’s wealth of knowledge about the area’s plants and animals, to Boscoe’s constant presence, to Emmanuel and especially Amani for taking such good care of us at each and every meal, we were welcomed and made to feel at home every moment of our time in Nyungwe. We cannot thank the O&O team enough for this truly exceptional experience, and would recommend Nyungwe House to anyone and everyone visiting the area in Rwanda.

If heaven exists on earth, it is undoubtedly at One & Only Hyungwe. I experienced one of the most beautiful moments of relaxation and well-being of my life there. Everything is there: luxury, calm and pleasure. The site is exceptional, the decoration is neat, harmonious and stylish in all spaces. Whether it's the main building or the bedroom. All the staff are magnificent in their attention, kindness, availability and courtesy. The entire One & Only team is exceptionally kind. This is the best welcome and the best service I have experienced in my life as a traveler. maintain this quality, it is the guarantee of your success today and for tomorrow. From the moment you arrive, your every need is looked after. The staff were exceptional. The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable as you sleep literally in the mountains surrounded by monkeys and wildlife. It is safe and clean. The food rivals the best in the world for cuisine using local grown ingredients. This is the place to stay!

Nyungwe House is such a special place! We stayed for 2 nights and were blown away both by the beauty of the property and the excellent team. It was basically a perfect stay. The location on the edge of the forest and in the middle of a tea plantation is gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice. And the infinity pool looking out into the forest may be one of my favourites ever. The room was lovely too, and so even when it rained one morning we were very happy sitting reading and enjoying the views. The main building is equally charming, including lovely fireplaces. Food and wine were all really good, and the service was exceptional. We felt very well looked after by every member of the team we met. One of our best stays ever.
