Domestic three-star standard. If you want to stay in a double room, you must choose a double room. There is no difference in price online, but I was charged $30 a day at the front desk.

The hotel opened by the Chinese owner is not bad overall, and the breakfast that comes with it is also very good. The attached restaurant is a Chinese restaurant, I think the taste is quite good. The only disadvantage is that the surrounding environment is a commercial area with a lot of people, unlike Marriott and Four Points, which are very clean and wealthy areas. Although the room showed a bit of wear, it was very clean, had a great view, and the amenities were excellent (safe, slippers/bathrobe, tea and coffee in the room, bottled water, etc). The wifi was strong (the best I had in Rwanda) and the a/c worked well. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.
Everyone that worked there was helpful and accommodating, especially the front desk and the breakfast crew (thank you!)
My only complaint is that the listing on ******* says they have a free shuttle to/from the airport. The shuttle is only free from the airport to the hotel. You have to pay $20 from the hotel back to the airport.
Overall, great hotel in the heart of Kigali!

The rooms are simple but very clean and quite comfortable. The Manager switched us immediately when we discovered the A/C was not working. The hotel has numerous safety measures though I never felt unsafe walking anywhere in Rwanda. The Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant has a varied menu, the food is quite good and is nicely presented. The free breakfast buffet is very good. The location is excellent. The free airport shuttle runs 24/7 which is very convenient. I would happily return.
