入住時前台沒有什麼特別的接待，給了個邊角的房間，衹好去前台投訴才換了房間。訂房包含的mlnbar，連繫了半天才送過來，而迎賓果盤就一直沒有送來。管理真是一片混亂。包含的石鍋雞也沒什麼特色。一片日漸沒落的樣子。

酒店是魯朗比較豪華的了。車可以停到住宿樓門口。也有禮兵小哥哥，開迎賓車送您直達。
服務：接待我的迎賓小哥哥（魏星）服務非常熱情，冒雨提行李，還主動開車接送。酒店還送了我們藏服體驗，很適合拍照。
環境：酒店環境很具有藏式風格，背靠湖泊。房間內有落地窗。可欣賞山景湖景。
魯朗特色位上石鍋雞:提供餐食的小哥哥（塔傑）服務很周到。我們的需求他都能盡力滿足，他也會和顧客耐心地介紹石鍋雞的吃法。
