住過那麼多酒店，這家酒店進房之後感覺就是蠻奇怪的，中央空調是壞的，房間放了立式空調，噪音非常非常響，晚上準備睡覺的時候感覺不自在，拿出360手機衞士檢測房內攝像頭，一檢測3個攝像頭，之後住的松贊希爾頓也同樣用360檢測，都沒有攝像頭！説明這家真實存在攝像頭！一晚上基本沒睡好，空調聲音堪比拖拉機響聲，關了房間又冷！價格也不便宜，有攝像頭性質十分惡劣！然後洗手池的水龍頭是冷水，早上洗冷水！衞生也堪憂！把穿過的浴袍給客人穿，衣櫃裏拿出一件浴袍穿上的時候發現口袋裡竟然有上個客人留下來的水果！我的天，這方方面面都存在着相當相當大的問題。要整治了！有攝像頭真的蠻恐怖的，酒店價格也不便宜，雪山房也要近千元，還是恆大，可怕！

房間舒適，窗外景觀相當不錯，入住感覺很好，尤其是我們的管家小魏服務非常細心，見到我老公腳腕痠痛走路不便，就主動開車來接我們去餐廳晚餐並送回，在餐廳見我怕冷還特意囑咐餐廳服務員為我們打開熱氣燈；晚餐的石鍋雞味道很好，餐廳服務員塔傑，雖然年紀很輕，觀察很細心，服務及時到位，很滿意，為他倆的點贊
