My husband and I only stayed one night. The check in process was quick and easy since we had prepaid through the app. They did need a credit card for a $100.00 deposit that we would get back after check out….. it’s still being held. Maybe tomorrow it will be back in my account.
Our room was nice at first glance. Went to take a shower and there was an open bottle of curtesy shampoo in the tub and hair. Ugh. So much for that I just prayed my sheets were clean and we went to bed.

Requested to pay a $100 security deposit for a 1 night stay costing only $60. Ridiculous to ask for 140% deposit in my opinion, and still waiting for it to be returned. Remedied calling the hotel on numerous occasions with no success. Praying that they may read this review and get it sorted ASAP! Thanks

My wife and I stayed here for two nights June 2024. We had a great time. The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, apples, milk, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. We used the fitness center. There was an indoor pool and a self serve washer and dryer but we did not use those. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

UPDATE 2024: This place has really gone downhill. The shower door is missing a bolt on the handle. We had to ask for the bedding for the sofa bed--which was falling apart on one side. Breakfast our first day was practically nonexistent. We had to ask--an hour before breakfast was supposed to close--to get regular coffee, and we had the last of the (reconstituted) scrambled eggs and sausage. We were told that they no longer had anyone specifically taking care of breakfast; the front desk person was covering it. We had the DND sign out our first day but removed it the second to get service (at least trash and towels), but no one had done anything to our room when we returned that night.

This property was incredibly dirty. Being even remotely near the pool made your eyes burn from the chlorine. Our check in time was at 3pm and they did not have a room until 6:45pm. We were limited to two towels per room (we had 4 guests in our own room). The entry way furniture has dirt stains all down the arm rests and rips in the booths. There is a $100 deposit. The floors were disgusting. The breakfast was very limited. There is a reason why this is a 2-star hotel. DONT DO IT!

This was an unpleasant stay and had I read reviews before going instead of blindly trusting the sports organization that housed us in this hotel, I would have not stayed here. The reviews are not inaccurate from recent to several months back all the negative comments are accurate.
