Cabin was dirty. Missing cutlery. No TV. Dirty Towels. Dirty and old generally. Filthy around taps and skirting boards. At 610am we got up, made breakfast. No serving utensils or forks to eat our food with! Towels were dirty. Paper hankie stuffed in above door. Bathroom was dirty. Very old and well used. Worst cabin we've ever stopped in, in over 35 years. $189 a night is a disgrace. Waste of money. We arrived late after an 8 hour journey.went straight to bed, then noticed how bad it was when we woke up the next morning. Not even a working TV 😒 I did write two emails complaining, asked for a refund. Promised twice when I rang - to receive a call from the Park Manager - to discuss our problems....NOT ONE CALL OR EMAIL. Very disappointing. DO NOT STOP HERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAFF ARE RUDE AND DONT LISTEN OVER THE PHONE. GOT CUT OFF EVERY TIME I TRIED TO SPEAK - WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. staff are trained well, not to put calls or emails through to him. Sad state of affairs. If I was a CEO/Park Manager I would want to deal personally and professionally with customer complaints, if evidence was sent through of how bad the cabin was.
