The suite was really nice! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Only thing I did not like was the mattress. Possibly old?? But the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

Staff (Adrian & Bailey) treated us like we were the most important guests there. The hot breakfast was good, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and i love the apartment layout. There are dining options within walking distance, including a Starbucks. Will definitely stay here again.

Problems started at check in when we were informed the two bedroom suite with king bed and two double beds was not available. The solution ended up being to put us in two separate rooms, both with one double bed and a filthy pullout couch. Rust and mold were prevalent on the AC unit. Carpet was so filthy that our feet were dirty. Would.not stay here again.

I regularly stay in this hotel for its convenience and location proximity to my client offices. The standout for me has always been the friendliest host who serves your breakfast - Jacky. Jacky embodies customer service and makes you feel at home, she makes it a point to check on everyone be it inquiring of their well being or simply sharing a story. My stay in Staybridge Suites in O’Fallon was incredible and I felt right at home. Jackie’s service was incomparable! Every morning she made sure I was welcome and had everything I needed to start my day. She is an outstanding member of the Staybridge Suites Team and my trip wouldn’t have been the same without her.
