I stayed in a villa and it was lovely. Very clean and a lot of space. I did pay extra for a valley view but I feel as though they put you in any available so don't feel I quite got my moneys worth. Make sure to bring your own food! They don't sell any BBQ food in the mini shop they have. The shop is very limited and not a wide range of food choices. The villa is a 20min walk from the main area. There are some walks but they also cancel a lot too. The Treetop walk was very disappointing

This is a stunning natural environment with good quality and spacious accomodation. We stayed in a valley view lodge with spa which was great after a long day's hiking. A couple of minor points: The villas need some maintenance . Doors don't close properly, binds are stiff, furniture is scuffed and needs cleaned. For $600 a night you expect a little more. Some of the trials are closed and the ones we did Tooloona Creek had multiple trees over the path and really needed some maintenance. The deck on the tree top walk is also closed. As for the staff - very transactional and low on engagement. On arrival when you have stayed there multiple times, to be greeted with "Have you been here before" suggests the CRM is in need of updating.
