This is my 3rd time staying here and it was amazing! Check-in was good. The gentleman made sure I had a room in the ground floor since I couldn't do stairs. I had a cozy room with a queen bed with a kitchenette. It was so cute and clean! Bed was comfy. See pics. Even though it was right by the freeway, it was pretty quiet for the most part with the occasional car or truck passing by. They have a nice continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, oa**eal, coffee, and milk. This is my go to place to stay in Oak Harbor and will definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel coming from Canada to explore whidby island for a couple of days. With the exchange rate this hotel ended up still being quite expensive for what it was. The hospitality was wonderful but the rooms desperately need upgrading. But the location is good. I found the room nice and quiet. Clean enough for the evening. House cleaners can only do so much with this place at this point. Parking was easy and ample and I loved hearing the jets overhead as we have an aviation loving child. Breakfast was good and I liked the coffee machine in the lobby!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious. The couple who own the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. They were able to keep me in the same room when my travel plans changed.

The staff were pleasant , the room was clean and the bed was comfy. Yes it’s a little dated but I loved the quaint kind of funky feel to it. I’ll definitely stay again.
