Water was freezing for shower even after running it for ten minutes. Cold shower will ruin any hotel stay.
Pillows not great- lumpy and hard.
Pillow + shower = main hotel needs

Friendly hotel in a good location for business and shopping in the Woodlands area. Easy parking, small but usable gym. Friendly staff team and good sized rooms. Breakfast was included in my corporate rate and was limited but was ok. Steakhouse / Italian style evening restaurant with limited vegetarian choices, and lots of rich food !

The property is functional for a short stay. I had two days of problems with my electronic key, and although they solved it, on one occasion it took more than 1 hour. We needed an electric car charger, but the hotel's two options didn't work.
