Having paid $166 for a King Room, we were pleased by the size of the bed & the lovely forest outlook. But having left a message about our arrival time & to book a table for dinner, we were disappointed to discover: 1/ The restaurant was closed. 2/ Breakfast was nothing more (extra cost) sandwiches. 3/ The TV didn't work. 4/ There was only one bedside table. 5/ The folded corner rug was a trip hazard. 6/ There was only one glass & two clothes hangers. 7/ The ancient heater / air-conditioner was noisy enough to wake us up in the night. 8/ The water heater is only on in the mornings, so only cold showers are available in the evening. 9/ Flimsy single ply toilet paper. 10/ A total absence of tea or milk (only ghastly sweetened 'milk substitutes') On the plus side, we were offered chocolate milk as an alternative (!)
