Parking was easy and secure. The apartment was clean and bright. The kitchen worked well. A good place to spend the night.

The property host, Sissy, responded in a timely manner to our concerns and the owner of the property was very professional and helpful. While our stay did not go as planned, I am pleased with the resolution of our issue.

How to scare away visitors First, communication was terrible. I finally contacted VRBO because I wasn't getting responses to my questions. They gave me three phone numbers: not a return call or text from any, until several days later. A large first floor space that feels like its underground, due to very low ceilings. Dim to no exterior lighting, muddy and leaf covered access including the front porch, no place to wipe feet inside nor outside the entry door, something that looked like vomit dried in the kitchen sink, tiny and thin towels, big heater in dining area put out very little heat. The thinly whitewashed interior felt more like a recently converted old basement laundry area. Nothing cozy, few places to plug in electronics.We didn't stay for even one night. However, the owner did agree to a full refund, so thanks for that.
