Good location if you are traveling to/from OAK airport. Service is above average and facilities is nice too. Gated parking area which makes me feel safer. Will stay again if revisit Oakland.

空港の側で便利でした。部屋のタイプが予約と異なっていましたが伝えるとすぐに変えてくれました。元のお部屋がフロントに近く便利だったので結局変えずにステイしましたがお詫びにと飲み物とスナックをいただけました!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is ok but high in car break-ins . Did not have anything happen to me but it’s very visible the crime surrounding.

Its a nice secure location, some of the amenities are unavailable, like the ice machine being broken on the 2nd floor. I was able to check in a few hours early which was nice. Great service from the staff.

The shower was freezing the outside traffic with trucks running over potholes LOUD . Food is terrible but bartender was nice . I had a “grilled” microwave chicken sandwich and they ran out of onions.

Shower head broken. Sprayed water everywhere. No towels to shower with. Called front desk, very rude response “this isn’t a full service hotel. We might not have any access to clean towels!?”
