Skip the high price tag and stay somewhere else. Upon arrival, we were put in a room that smelled awful, like must/mold with torn window shades and a stained lampshade. When we were moved, we were put in a room by the loading dock and were woken up at 6am with noisy trucks and workers. The restaurant food and service was also a huge disappointment.

Excellent pool experience. Below average room for the price we paid (it was 3 cooridors from the nearest elevator and looked out at the dumpsters)

I had the most delightful birthday dinner with friends and it was all attributable to Florentino! He was absolutely wonderful. He called me a few days before the Reservation to confirm and then he made the birthday self extra special because he was also working that day! I appreciated him so much!
