Please provide feedback to the management of the Executive Inn regarding the conduct of their receptionist. Despite my request for a handicap room, the receptionist ignored my request and assigned me a room on the 3rd floor, which was the farthest room from the elevator and lobby. I have been a long-term guest of the hotel for over a decade, but due to this recent experience, I do not plan on returning in the future. I also intend to share my experience on Yelp to inform others of the issue. Moreover, my assigned room was unpleasant, as it was muggy and had a strong smell that resembled a ********* farm. As a frequent guest of the Executive Inn, I am disappointed by this experience, and I expect the hotel to take necessary action to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. I hope that the management will take appropriate measures to address the issue and ensure that their guests receive the best possible experience.
