The room desperately needed a good cleaning. It was obvious the carpet hadn't been vacuumed well, the bathroom floor was sticky, splotches of something dark (food?) were on the wall, headboard, wall decor, furniture. The bed had a deep indentation on one side as well. Avoid this place.

This was one of the worst places i stayed at. The the property way dirty. They was pooping underwear in the parking lot. The room had toothpaste all over the bathroom door, and the wall and counter. Then we turned on the lights and there was chocolate or poop on the lights cover. They was food on the kitchen counter and walls. We only were going to sleep for a couple of hours and grabbed the breakfast that they said they had when i called the hotel. So we left to go to the fireworks show. Then we gotroom back to the room at 2 am and the above us was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. Then we get up at 7 am. They is not coffee in room or lobby they was no breakfast stuff. I will never be coming back.

Je n'ai jamais connu une aussi désagréable expérience. Absolument rien de positif dans cet établissement qui en fait, est un hôtel social. Or, cet aspect n'est nullement mentionné sur les sites de réservation qui référencent cet hôtel. Pas de ménage prévu à moins de payer 10 dollars par jour. Autrement dit c'est au client de faire le ménage s'il ne veut pas payer ce supplément. Personnel peu avenant, dysfonctionnement des cartes d'accès aux chambres, fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, évier bouché, kitchenette non équipée, toaster défectueux, chambres très très sales (à l'arrivée l'une d'elles contenaient même les détritus des précédents occupants : serviettes sales, cotons tige usagés...) qui sentent la cigarette. En guise de petit déjeuner : eau chaude, jus de chaussette, thé en sachet et muffins industriels. Pas de quoi se restaurer dans l'hôtel. La liste est loin d'être exhaustive. Bref cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour les touristes et devrait donc se voir déréférencé des sites touristiques de réservation hôtelière.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. While I've stayed in many places and conditions, never have I been in a hotel with so many continuous issues, such that my partner and I actually decided to leave and cut our losses to not get our money back. Though I checked upon arrival for bedbugs and found none, throughout the rest of our stay we kept noticing ants, earwigs, and even a cockroach on the second day. These bugs were not only crawling the walls, but were on the floor in the bathroom, crawling out of drains, and even a couple were in the bed (which we saw when we woke up). Additionally, the hotel lobby had a very strong gross smell that was immediately tangible upon walking it, which I would describe as smelling like human fesces and cigarette smoke. The smell does not get better in the elevator nor in the hallways, but did subside in our room (though reading through the reviews, this is not the case for all rooms). Though the deal is tempting, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM at this hotel, and if you decide to against your better judgement (it is a great price for the area), you should make sure to reserve your stay through the hotel itself, so you have a chance at a refund. ******* will not reimburse you.

Save your money. Don't stay here. I've stayed in my fair share of dirty hotels and can manage for the most part but when you see cockroaches, that's where I draw the line. When I first got to the floor my room was on, it already smelled of smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room. When I went into the bathroom, the sink and bathrooms had hairs in it as if it was never cleaned. Right when I was going to take a shower, I saw something on the wall and thought it was just a moth, but turns out to be a large cockroach. I immediately packed up my stuff and went downstairs to check out. I think this hotel is short staffed. When I checked in, Lydia at the front desk was on the phone but pretty sure it was a personal call, as I waited a couple moments and watched her hang up on the person. I was still polite and patient. When I went downstairs to tell her of my issue, she was cordial and did my refund as requested. However, it wasn't the full amount that I had paid and I asked to speak to a manager but she told me there was no manager and to call back the next day to figure it out. It wasn't until I pushed back a bit where she called some support number but ended up telling me the same thing and I had to call another number to solve my issue and get my full refund. Management - this roach issue looks like it's been going on for awhile. Don't respond to reviews and say you're addressing it when it's STILL occurring.

After stay at this hotel ,I have a terrible headache. While I ordered online it's showed an irror, so used another card to pay. After that I had 3 payments for one night. Now I call to hotel and bank to resolve this problem, it takes hours of my time. Also ,I asked an invoice at front desk ,they denied and said that they don't give any invoices. Terrible service.
