When I walked into the room, it smelled like stale hell. I immediately opened my laptop and tried to connect to the wifi to look up a different hotel, but the wifi password I was given was wrong so I used my mobile hotspot. After less than an hour, I went to check out and get a refund, and the clerk said he wouldn't because I was in the room for more than 15 minutes. I told him that was ridiculous and asked him to call the manager, and he said he *was* the manager. I told him I needed my full refund and he threatened to call the POLICE on me. He forced me to run away in FEAR and then STOLE MY MONEY. When I called to complain the woman on the phone was aggressive and rude when I told her I needed to speak to the general manager, and they STILL HAVE $300 for a room I only used to look for other rooms. STAY AWAY FROM THIS S***HOLE!
