TV’s: All of our TV’s are Roku Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Wonderful! Any time again! 5star apartment!!! The apartment is beautiful, very good maintenanced, lovely garden & pool area, super well equipped kitchen and exactly as described.Guarang is a wonderful host - 5 stars for the experience, can strongly recommend it!

Clean, great location, great host The place is perfect, it’s in a great neighborhood the house itself is A+ it has everything you need, the pool is heated and clean, the rooms are big with comfortable beds, the host is very accommodating and responsive, honestly one of the best rental homes I’ve ever booked, will definitely be back!
