1. The seaside environment inside and outside the hotel is good
2. The equipment is okay, but the elevator is a bit shaking..
3. The service attitude is great, but there is not enough staff.. There is no toothbrush on the first night 😅

Book in was a little slow due to only one clerk and a lot of people. Room was comfy though for new travellers who don't know about inserting cards to get access to power, it would have been nice for the clerk to advise of this in any event, whether known or not.
There was no kitchenette which made things difficult and filling up the kettle in the bathroom was a little yuck to me. The room had no plates or cutlery, which was a shame. Hotel parking is listed as 'first come first served with paid options closeby' (literally a car park across the road) but people were parked everywhere in the carpark making it difficult to navigate, including parking directly in the left side of the driveway to exit.
Overall it was a decent stay overnight. Bed was comfy and shower was pretty good.

This Hotel went above and beyond to make my stay something to sing its praises. Checked in and the room was so beautiful with a great view of the mountain. But there was an issue with the toilet in the room it was sorted by giving me another room for the night but it has smaller and had its own issues. In the morning manager was notified of issues in the rooms they were sorted very quickly and I was given a choice of a free breakfast or lunch in the hotel restaurant. This is what I call great customer service. Recommend staying here rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Only thing needs addressing is the noisy spa baths. But certainly a great place to stay with the bonus of a great restaurant with awesome sea views.
