We were first ushered into a room on the second floor and were shocked to discover large stain marks on the sofa; could have been anything. And, there was absolutely no light in the living room. The young lady at the deck apologized and quickly moved us to a “larger” suite on the third floor. Looked great, until we saw hair and rubber band on the bathroom floor, with a couple of bugs scurrying around, for full effect. When I pointed this out to the young lady, reminding her that I was looking for basic hygiene and not a larger…, she now promised to have a third room ready for us in 15 minutes. So, we waited about 45 minutes to finally land in some sort of super-large suite. Was clean enough. Kudos to the young lady at the desk, a recent graduate in Economics, for doing her best to make us comfortable. If only her boss knew that customer service is always tied to quality. Generally, the rooms are tired and old - with old dark carpeting that has seen better days. On the plus side, the breakfast is good.
