Rooms are nice and spacious. Fridge and microwave are in room which was a nice touch. Friendly front desk and maid staff.

Clean hotel, good service

We own a transportation company and one of our drivers we’re staying here for 1 night. Woke the next morning to our truck with the catellic converter cut off the truck and a lot more vehicles in the parking lot had the same damage. The hotel manger simply offered a $5 coupon for a steakhouse. No outside cameras on the hotel so there was zero help. Never again. Had to file an insurance claim to cover the damages, close to $15,000!

I love staying there, the bed, pillows are very comfortable, staff is phenomenal….I do not staying any other hotel when I travel to Oakville. Other hotel charge $200 security deposit for one night and it takes sometime a week to return it, Sandman Hotel charge $50 security deposit and return it right away.. thank you

The bath wasn’t draining water Carport and sofa was sticky and not clean. Room give directly on the highway and noisy !!

The rooms are nice but they need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Its obviuos that the cleaning staf take shotcuts

Overall clean, but old. Two heaters were locqted in the suit. The one in the living area seemed new and quite, however the other one in the bedroom was old and super noisy. I barely slept due to the fan sound. It was cold if I turned it off. Also, avoid suits facing the highways. It was very loud.

I was disappointed as the hotel was rated 8.8. Booked a room for 3 and only had facecloths and towels for 2. Tissues are like sandpaper. Considering it is relatively new hotel it is very tired. Linens were clean as was the room.

I loved staying with my family at the hotel, the Dominican girl at the reception treated us excellently.

Was woken up at 1:45 to the sound of a generator being used down on the pavement. Lasted a good 2 hours.

Great staff, Superior service, Fitness Centre has dumbbells! Walk score from hotel decent with plenty of shopping, food, nails, and groceries.

Had multiple issues during check in and with some hidden fees that weren’t really explained throughly. Everything did end up working out in the end but then when I tried checking out they almost charged me double for the room and I had to get things sorted once again. They should know what they really are doing
