During our visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, we opted to stay just outside of Cleveland, which proved to be an ideal choice. The staff at the accommodation was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, and our room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated in a pleasant neighborhood. The convenient location was only a short drive to Cleveland, making it easily accessible, and I would certainly choose to stay there again in the future. Unlike hotels in Cleveland that charge $30-$50 per night for parking, this option did not have that additional cost, which was a significant factor in my decision-making process.

I travel to Cleveland often and this has been my Hotel of choice for the 4 years.
This time was VERY different.
I could hear the room upstairs which never happens..
The bed was hard a brick..which also never happens ..
Finally I arrived at 12am and requested a late check which they accommodated, however the house keeping staff tried to enter my room 4 times before I finally told her to stop. I have a late check out.
I can TRULY say this was one of the worst stays Ive ever experienced while at this hotel.
Very disappointing because usually its Nothing but 10s across the board.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel guests were noisy and not able to adjust thermostat to blow cooler air.
