Beautiful hotel, with all the original antiques of the buildings restored to cleaner and beautiful condition.Great Staff specially Gaby at Reception, but all of them were very helpf and attentive to my needs.Great location. Ihighlrecomend

Patio Pombo is unique. I loved the art work around in the hotel and pieces that gave it character. The staff was friendly, offering tips for things to do and sites to visit and even offered to arrange transportation. We really enjoyed the location, right beside two great markets, many chocolate and mole factories and only a couple blocks to the Zocalo.

Es una casona antigua, bien ubicada y cerca del centro histórico (zócalo) y de mercados. En general, la zona es segura.
Sobre la habitación, tiene lo indispensable secadora de cabello, plancha y un pequeño refrigerador. Con servicio de Internet y TV.
No hay aire acondicionado, algunos contactos de luz no sirven y el servicio de agua falla.

It was impossible to sleep in this hotel. The room had a window without curtains that allowed the bright corridor lamp to flood the bed. I complained to reception the first morning, but nothing was done.

Todo el personal del hotel siempre fue muy amables y acomedidos, las instalaciones agradables y limpias,. Sin embargo algunas (como el baño) de veían desgastadas y sin mantenimiento (la puerta del cancel del baño cuesta mucho para cerrarse y la taza del baño estaba muy desgastada) .
Si buscas una ubicación céntrica a un buen costo está es una excelente opción. Ojo no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero el hotel tiene convenio, se puede pagar por noche.
