No existe servicio a clientes, no hay un responsable que resuelva ni que escuche comentarios, nos trataron como si no necesitaran y no vivieran del turismo, este es el principal problema que se presenta cuando al haber alcanzado cierto reconocimiento se deja a un lado el servicio a clientes, la industria se conoce como de hospitalidad y tiene ese nombre por algo, este establecimiento lamentablemente no conoce ese significado, no importa que tan bonito este un lugar, ni lo cómodo, si no existe el trato de personas y no entienden que un cliente menos en el futuro, como es mi caso, es el principio del fracaso. Pedi se comunicara el responsable conmigo para darle mis comentarios y claro, era perdida de tiempo para el, nunca hablo, lo que digo, no les importa. Cumplieron en pedirme mi habitación a las 11, me quedé un segundo dia en otro tipo de habitacion, me la entregaron a las 3 aún cuando estaba disponible a las 11, creo que perdían 4 horas si me la entregaban antes. En fin, no regresaré, mi comentario sera uno mas.

The studio is in the entryway and across from the bar. Extremely noisy at times. The staff is accommodating and efficient.

Great location. Short walk to main shops and activities in town. Gates locked to go in and out of guest house so felt very secure. Staff was so helpful with anything we needed. Very tasty breakfasts. Lot of access to outdoors within the compound with lush courtyard and rooftop. Our unit #11 opened right on to the roof. Rooms are very basic but ours had lots of windows allowing daylight and super comfortable bed. Bathroom pretty rustic and shower with not much pressure but always had hot water. Room could be improved with drapes that closed and lamps by bedsides to read. But a nice choice at reasonable price.

A mi me gustó mucho, la atención es super cercana y de verdad dan el extra para recomendarte todo tipo de sitios, no solo los turísticos, yo necesitaba una buena papelería y me supieron decir perfecto a donde ir Entiendo porque a algunas personas podría no gustarles, sinceramente no es un lugar lujoso, pero si es muy valioso!! El hecho de que trabajen a puerta cerrada me hizo sentir super seguro, detesto los lugares donde entra todo mundo como si nada

Mi primer vez en Oaxaca y me ha encantado la recomendacion, la cama super cómoda, áreas comunes muy lindas para pasar la tard, muy buen internet para trabajar y tiene area de coworking. En la habitación tienes todo como minibar a precio muy muy accesible. El desayuno exquisito además está a unas cuadras del corredor turísticos, la iglesia de Santo Domingo, todo a unas cuadras caminando. Gracias por las atenciones.

Our room had no place to put the suitcase. I had to put my suitcase on the floor and sorting clothers all bent over was a real pain in the back - literally. It had no place for a computer - no table or desk area.
The bed was marvelous however, really comfortable. It had a refrigerator in the room - a true luxury. And the grounds and public areas were delightful.
