Everything about the hotel we loved. Staff was friendly, clean, quiet. Conveniently close to restaurants and main square (Zocalo). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff here is first class as is the service they provide. The hotel is kept spotless both the rooms and the entire property. The location was great it’s an easy walk to the Zocolo and the convent where we ate at two different Michelin rated restaurants. The breakfast starts at 8:00 am which isn’t very convenient as most tours have pickup times at 8:00 am as well. However as we found out very early, the tour guides are almost always late, so enjoy your breakfast, it’s really good 😀 The avocado toast with egg was awesome. 😍.

It was a nice experience. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was well served and good options. Comfortable bed and duvet. Love the upstairs terrace just make it more cozy and with better outdoor furniture. Your lock box in the room needs and upgrade.

We stayed 7 nights and paid about $290 Canadian per night. For that price Xtilu lacked the basic amenities all other hotels provide as standard. Xtilu did not have a fridge, water kettle to make hot water, coffee maker, cups, iron in the room. Their restaurant closes after 2 pm. We could not even get hot water after that. In the restaurant the cups for coffee and tea were without handles.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good.
We would not stay there again.

Our girls' trip decided to stay at this hotel. We each had a single room, which was more than satisfactory. We were all very pleased: great location, felt safe, good staff, great breakfast, and incredibly clean rooms.We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard at the end of our day. A special shout out to the breakfast waiter who deftly accommodated all of our food requirements, ie no gluten, no dairy. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. Each room has a piece of art from a local artist. His gallery is around the corner from the hotel, and I would highly recommend a visit to the gallery.
