ペットボトルの水は毎日無料でもらえます。
スタッフはみんな親切です。
衣類の洗濯は1kg 70ペソでした。午前11時までにフロントに持っていくと夕方7時ごろに出来上がります。
市街地からは少し離れていますが、近く（と言っても10分ほど歩きます）に日本食のKintaroとさくら食堂があるので長期滞在あるいはメキシコ料理に疲れた日本人にはありがたいロケーションです。

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but lack variety. Able to accommodate our request for a quiet room. At the edge of the tourist area, so great balance between convenience and solitude.

Hotel location is decent. Room is basic and clean. This hotel has lots of staff especially at the restaurant but I had never seen it was run so inefficiently. Servers just stand around and talking to each other. I asked coffee for three times but was ignored every time. Someone has to teach the two guys at BK how to smile even they don’t know how to speak English. Worst service at any Marriott I had ever experienced.

Muy buen hotel y ubicación. El desayuno muy rico!
Me permitieron hacer un check in antes y estoy muy agradecida por ello.
Lo único que falló fue que el servicio de transporte tampoco estuvo disponible ningún día.!
Sin embargo, me parece que fue una excelente opción.
