No security box and refrigerator.
Free bottled water is provided every day.
All the staff are kind.
Laundry of clothes was 1kg 70 pesos. If you bring it to the front desk by 11:00 am, it will be ready around 7:00 pm.
Although it is a little far from the city center, there are Japanese restaurants Kintaro and Sakura Shokudo nearby (about 10 minutes walk), so it is a great location for Japanese people who are tired of long stays or Mexican food.

Hotel location is decent. Room is basic and clean. This hotel has lots of staff especially at the restaurant but I had never seen it was run so inefficiently. Servers just stand around and talking to each other. I asked coffee for three times but was ignored every time. Someone has to teach the two guys at BK how to smile even they don’t know how to speak English. Worst service at any Marriott I had ever experienced.

Muy buen hotel y ubicación. El desayuno muy rico!
Me permitieron hacer un check in antes y estoy muy agradecida por ello.
Lo único que falló fue que el servicio de transporte tampoco estuvo disponible ningún día.!
Sin embargo, me parece que fue una excelente opción.
