The check in was quick and smooth, the room was inviting and comfortable, the shower was large with great water pressure . The restaurant had wonderful breakfast. It was centrally located so we were able to walk everywhere. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great in the heart of Zocolo. The accommodations were just ok. For the price I was expecting something fancier or a better laid out room. At the very least a desk for working would have been nice.
All in all, a functional place to stay but could have been better. .

This hotel is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things. The staff was incredibly helpful. We had a two year old with us and they welcomed him with open arms. When my friend was sick, they did everything they could to help us. Everyone greets you with a smile and the restaurant is fantastic. The location is phenomenal, as it is right near the Zocalo. We rented a car and they had great valet service for parking it. By the end of the trip, they felt like family. I have been to Mexico ten times, and this was by far the best hotel experience. You won’t be disappointed!

We booked two rooms and were upgraded to a suite and a junior suite. Both rooms were large and attractive. The junior suite, however, had a great deal of street noise which made it hard for our daughter to sleep. The location of the hotel was great for walking everywhere in Centro.
The hotel office staff were polite but not warm or welcoming. The restaurant staff varied wildly from helpful and attentive to not even allowing us to order food/drinks. We did not like the caged birds; it was upsetting to see them and made it hard to enjoy eating on the patio. Lastly, most hotels of this caliber provide free bottled water on demand. This one only provided a small carafe the first night and nothing after that. In short, I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again. There are better options at this price point.

This hotel is very good for 2 things location and price/value relation. Still i wouldnt consider it a boutique hotel or in the top 10 of Oaxaca. The location they have is very good, as it is close to the Templo Santo Domingo and almost everything is walking distance. I would improrve a couple of things before calling it a boutique hote, there is only a fan in the rooms, there are no blackouts in the rooms and the bathrooms are very weirldy distributed. Still if you are aming to have a good location to stay with it not being overpriced this would be a location just to come back and sleep.

This beautiful hotel is centrally located a few blocks from the zocalo. It is very clean & well maintained; decorated with Mexican art & furniture. It has a very Mexican feel. We arrived a bit early & were allowed to check in! The staff were so kind & helpful. There was no elevator, but one was being installed during our stay. Our room was very comfortable, spacious (superior) & beautifully decorated. Our king bed was a bit softer than our liking. The a/c worked well; Oaxaca City was very hot. The bathroom was spacious, with great lighting, a big shower with lots of hot water. There is a shaded rooftop lounge area. A nice place to take a break. The hotel has a restaurant. We enjoyed a light breakfast & cocktails there. Breakfast was not included with our stay. The restaurant staff were also very helpful. We would definitely return to Parador Dan Miguel!
