The hotel is located a bit far from the center but the place where it is is safe. The hotel needs updating but it gives a good service.

Pas terrible ! L’hôtellerie n’est vraiment pas super au Mexique. Manque un ascenseur, un petit réfrigérateur dans les chambres, bref pas là d’y retourner !

Lors d'un circuit, nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. A l'arrivée à l'hôtel et après plusieurs demandes, nous avons attendu 3/4 d'heure pour avoir nos serviettes de toilettes. Une personne de l'hôtel m'a fait comprendre "c'est le Mexique" . D'accord, mais quand on arrive après plusieurs centaines de kms et sous la chaleur et que la réservation est prévue bien à l'avance par le tour operateur , la moindre des choses c'est d'avoir ce qu'il faut dans la chambre .Certaines chambres n'avaient pas de shampooing et gel douche. Repas moyen. Piscine qui avait l'air agréable.

Un hôtel bien situé et un personnel dévoué, au service de ses clients. Un petit jeu de piste pour trouver sa chambre à l'arrivée, mais l'aide des employés résout le problème. Chambres accueillantes et confortables. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Le seul problème est l'accueil au restaurant. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins, mais le chef de rang est désagréable et peu coopératif. Il n'y a que des tables de 4 personnes et lles solutions proposées par cet individu sont " vous mangez à 5 sur une table de 4" ou comme nous, "vous partagez votre groupe d'amis en 2".

Soirée étape avec un groupe, bel hôtel, chambre assez grande avec tout ce qu'il faut. Bonne literie, pas trop de bruit. Le repas du soir et le petit déj américain ( pas de chaud, pas de chocolat ) très simple et limite ( en groupe) Bon hôtel d'étape.

a pesar de reservar para 3 personas nunca nos pusieron toallas o agua para 3 personas
La señorita de la recepción muy grosera al recibirnos, llegamos a las 13.10 y solo dijo pueden ocupar hasta las 15:00 de mala manera... mal recibimiento para un viaje en carretera de 8 horas deberían poner en recepción a alguien más amable y hospitalario a una ciudad tan hermosa como Oaxaca.
