We had a big room, which was very clean, with a door leading directly to the pretty gardens and pool area, although unfortunately the pool bar wasn’t open for soft drinks or snacks.
We ate in the restaurant twice and every day enjoyed a lovely breakfast.
The hotel staff were all lovely and quick to respond and resolve a toilet leak during the third night and gives us some compensation which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel which is in a quiet position with no noise, but only 5 minutes walk to the centre of town.

I Have Been In this hotel many times. I don’t give 5 star on “property condition “ because it is a very old property, but I like it and the staff is always friendly.
It is very functional, at 15-20 minute walk from the “zocalo” and lots of amenities.

The TV or cable system were working terrible, the conditions of the bathroom were too low for this big name hotel, besides there were lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom....

Se observa que tienen problemas de agua, pero su servicio del WC es obsoleto, creo que podrían ir cambiandolos poco a poco y dejar de desperdiciar tanta agua.
