En general fue una buena estancia, los únicos aspectos que no me agradaron fueron los siguientes: La puerta del baño de mi habitación estaba descuadrada por lo que al cerrarla se volvía a abrir, era imposible tenerla cerrada, y tampoco tenía cerradura, solo un pasador. La habitación en la que se quedaron mis hijos no tenía puerta en el baño ni en la regadera, solo una cortina, por lo que no hay mucha privacidad, eso me parece muy incómodo.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very clean and nice rooms. The only disadvantage is the shutters on windows make the room very dark.

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous location, close to Santo Domingo Church, Zocalo plaza, El Llano park, the Cat cafe and the Jalatlaco neighborhood. Worth noting that the WiFi wasn’t great inside the room, I think due to the thick walls of the rooms. We would sit in the hotel restaurant and work from a table. Which was beautiful. Better than sitting in the room. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Hotel Azul is a amazing property with immaculate attention to detail. All of the suites are designed by local artists, there are free bikes to utilize throughout your stay, there was always bottled water in our room, and the restaurant's food and drinks were fresh and delicious. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Every person on-site from the front-desk attendant, general manager, to housekeeping attendant was great! I've never seen a cleaning staff do such a good job on a property before - I came back to my room early one day, and found them mopping the floors, cleaning the toilets with a sponge (inside and outside), and completely scrubbing the sinks and showers. HIGHLY recommend when you're in Oaxaca! Hospitality, location, and vibe are completely unmatched. 10/10

Nos quedamos por 5 noches mi esposo y yo y fue una experiencia EXCELENTE. El servicio, atención y hotel son perfectos. Todo el staff es muy atento y amable y el hotel es muy lindo, limpio, cómodo, céntrico y muy agradable en todos los aspectos. Muy buena opción.

Excelente hotel con gran servicio y muy agradable. El servicio de restaurante es de primera calidad y extraordinario servicio del personal. No cuenta con estacionamiento aunque se puede estacionar frente a la propiedad. El wifi en las habitaciones es insuficiente y no tiene suficiente recepción
