We stayed at the property for 8 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We were able to book a tour to Monte Alban the night before thanks to the staff. I would also says having the restaurant within the hotel was very convenient. However, the only complaint I would have is the roaches. We stayed in a room on the first, which is at level with the garage and street. Therefore I think because we were close to the street we found a lot of roaches roaming into our room.

The place is simple and you get what you pay for. The first night I had trouble getting in to the hotel after a long night out. The the person on duty was giving me a hard time if I stayed there and would not let me in. I told her m my name and room number and kept on asking me the same question. I eventually got in but the inconvenience was uncalled for. Other than that that I recommend this place.

They don't have hot water, the beds are hard, the reception staff is very friendly, they take the time to explain where there are tourist attractions near the hotel.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, the towels are lousy, scratchy and hurt.
The water was warm, not hot, and parking was very limited.
The place is very clean, the staff is friendly. Close to the center walking.
