La verdad la estancia no estuvo mal pero el personal de administración muy poco amables, hasta groseros. La primera noche resulto que el aire acondicionado no funciono y se portaron muy poco ayudadores y nos hablaron muy mal. Finalmente si nos cambiaron de habitación, despues de habernos dicho que no habia habitaciones disponibles . Y a las 12 de la noche nosotros tuvimos Que cargar todo y cambiar nuestras cosas, ellos ni se Ofrecieron a ayudarnos.

Muy lindo el hotel, limpio y cómodo Bien ubicado muy cerca del Templo de Santo Domingo y el Jardín etnobotánico. .El restaurante. tiene muy buenos desayunos. El pan, delicioso. Hay más buenas opciones de cafés y restaurantes en la misma calle.

Muy Recomendable: por visita de trabajo y buscando un hospedaje cerca del centro me encontré este hotel que tienen una excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras del andador turístico y convento de Santo Domingo, sin queja en sus habitaciones, limpias y cómodas para descansar o trabajar, buen servicio por parte del personal, respecto al restaurante pedí un omelet con chapulines riquísimo, el cafe muy rico desde la vista, averiguando sobre de él, tienen su propia finca de café en Chiapas, me percaté que ahí mismo elaboran el pan que está buenísimo, respecto del jardín está pequeño, me hubiese gustado que fuera un poco más amplio.

Oaxaca preciosa Ciudad, pero su gente NO tiene espíritu de servicio. Nadie hace el mínimo esfuerzo por tratarte bien, NADIE, todos dan por hecho que volverás. Muy triste ver lleno de puestos ambulantes, cubren toda la belleza de la ciudad

El restaurante está muy bonito y bastante limpio, la atención fue muy buena, ordené y a los 5 minutos ya me habían pasado los alimentos, muy ricos por cierto. El café está muy bueno, pregunté porque tenía un sabor particular y me comentaron que es orgánico y lo traen desde Chiapas. Totalmente recomendable.

Tiene una excelente ubicación por eso lo elegí y se trata de hotel boutique con pocas habitaciones pero es muy limpio y la habitación está recién remodelada y estuve 3 días hospedado y desayuné ahí en su restaurante que es una delicia porque hacen su pan ahí mismo y venden comida Oaxaqueña seguro regresaré cada vez que vaya a Oaxaca
