Absolute best location in Oaxaca. Steps away from all the top restaurants, art galleries, mezcalerias, and sites. Outstanding warm, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The owner, Rosario, is typically there during the day to assist with any traveler needs. Room was clean and modern. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is new, sleek, and had walk in shower. Very tall ceilings with high windows so room has lots of natural light. Coffee maker in room came in handy. A/C worked great. Nice inner courtyard with secure front entrance. Courtyard has huge retractable sun roof to keep temp comfortable. Rooftop patio with view of Santo Domingo Guzman church and Auditorio Guelaguetza.

Magnifico alojamiento en una casa histórica, muy bien cuidada por parte de su propietaria. Las instalaciones cuentan con terraza superior desde donde se tienen buenas vistas a la ciudad. Las habitaciones confortables y muy limpias( yo estuve en una interior y muy tranquila ), colchones cómodos. La atención es de 10 haciéndote sentir como en casa, su propietaria y su equipo son muy atentas ayudándote en todo lo posible. Te sirven desayuno de manera gratuita aún no especificándolo en la tarifa. Disponen de servicio de taxi de confianza, que use y muy recomendable.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel and wish it had been longer. The crystal pyramid in the central lobby is the perfect symbol of this jewel of a hotel. The customer service was the best I've ever had in any country. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and fun. The decor combines the best of authentic Mexico and modern amenities. My room was large and well designed, the bed was very comfortable and there was a great walk-in shower. Housekeeping was provided daily and everything was spotlessly clean! The Owner and I used Google Translate to communicate and she was very patient and a lot of fun. The location in Centro was perfect; within walking distance of the Cathedral. Lots of great restaurants around too!
