The place is located in the heart of Oaxaca, walking you can reach the Santo Domingo church, the market, the cathedral and many of the main restaurants in the city.

A beautiful place, rather nice common areas but disappointing rooms. Dated decoration, bathroom without window. We regret that the decoration efforts stopped on the ground floor. Be careful, the rooms facing the streets are quite noisy despite double windows.

A very beautifully designed hotel with excellent service. We felt very comfortable and that was mainly due to the friendly team who gave us great restaurant tips, booked activities for us and looked after us attentively. The hotel itself is decorated with a lot of love and typical local elements, but without being overly lavish. The rooms are rather simple, but very functional (hooks, storage space, etc.) and very high quality (wooden furniture, great care products, good water pressure in the shower). I liked it a lot, no unnecessary frills. In addition to the breakfast, which has rightly been praised many times, the excellent coffee is worth mentioning. One of my highlights was the free yoga class on the roof terrace offered twice a week. The only negative point: In our room on the upper floor, you could regularly hear the water pump humming quietly from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. For guests who are very sensitive to noise, a room on the ground floor or earplugs are therefore recommended.
