El hotel es igual de bonito que en las fotos, eso es poco común. Desde que llegas te tratan súper bien, el personal es muy amabl, te dan toda la información que necesitas para tener una buena estancia y poder visitar todos los lugares que valen la pena. Nos ayudaron siempre que lo pedimos, de verdad nos sentimos como en casa. Volveríamos siempre sin dudarlo.
Siempre hay cosas que se pueden mejorar, y lo digo sólo para que así lo hagan pero no es que eso haya arruinado nuestra visita. Éramos 4 en la habitación y siempre nos pusieron 2 toallas, tuvimos que solicitar las demás, pero nos las dieron sin problema cuando lo hicimos. la cafetera de la habitación no funcionó el primer día, lo reportamos pero después no nos ponían café. No hay espejos en la habitación más que uno pequeño en el baño. La verdad son cosas pequeñas pero podrían mejorar en eso

The staff did not inform us that breakfast was included with our room. We only found out on the last night of our stay. The others days we ate at other places.

en general el hotel muy bien, limpio y buen servicio. La ubicacion no corresponde a la que se menciona en la aplicacion. esta bastante retirado de la zona del centro.

Too far from center of town. Pretty hotel but terribly inconvenient. Spent too much time and money on taxis going to and from town. Nothing to do in the neighborhood of hotel as it is a poor and rundown. Had to pay for 7 hotel nights upfront. Only stayed for 3; told management we were unhappy to not have any breakfast included and to be so far from town that tour operators did not wish to pick us up at hotel. Hotel manager said we had to sort it with our booking vendor who told us that in 90% of cases, the hotels do credit or partially or even fully refund for unused nights. Guess what? Casa de Adobe kept the full amount and would not refund us a penny. So . . . BUYER BEWARE of rigid cancellation policies.
