The aesthetic of the property was beautiful! Dining options and a small bodega were walking distance. Parking spots are available outside the hotel or 2 spots in the garage are available. I’d definitely stay here again.

No hot water in our room - the water in the shower would barely come out. Housekeeping doesn’t knock they just walk in.

Lovely stay. The personnel is very polite and attentive. The accommodation is new and nicely decorated. Its a nice amd safe neighbourhood , half an hour walkiing distance from the city center. I would recommend this place!

La atención del personal es excelente, la ubicación es tranquila y segura, solamente que se escuchaban todos los ruidos de las demás habitaciones, y al parecer los extranjeros no conocen el respeto por el silencio a altas horas de la noche. La regadera estaba un poco dañada, pero las condiciones generales de la habitación eran muy buenas.

Family of 5 adults. Very clean. Nice aesthetic. Love the quiet neighborhood. Good cafes and restaurants nearby and the walk into the center of town every day is one of the best parts of the experience. Helpful staff. Rooftop deck simple and nice, good place for quick coffee/pastry/eggs. There are issues with hot/cold water and sewage smells that the hotel is struggling with. Recommend with the knowledge that this is part of traveling in Mexico.

No ha habido posibilidad de usar la regadera. No nos podemos duchar !!! O sale helada el agua o sale hirviendo. No se mezclan y tampoco hay presión. No cuenta con estacionamiento.
El internet no es tan bueno.
La caja de seguridad no funcionaba. No cuenta con clóset o cajonera para guardar cosas.
