Spacious room, sauna, hammam are paid, there are no slippers or kettle in the room. The hotel consists of several buildings, its own beach. The food is normal. Guests at the hotel are from different countries, mostly with children.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!! The food is disgusting and very limited for example the only fruit available at breakfast was an orange or apple. I ended up with an upset stomach after day 1. We ended up eating out most days. They serve very watered down drinks and the bar staff are rude, they don’t serve bottled water at all. The ice creams are only available for 1 hour a day. The love holiday rep is so rude. The hotel reception staff over charged me for towels when I only had them one day they charged me for 3 and would not amend this. I paid for an adjoining room they gave me 1 room with a single bed in the hallway. I tried to take this up with staff and they said take it or leave it. I had been travelling for hours and I wasn’t left with a choice. I asked for a quiet room due to having young child and was given a room over the evening entertainment.

Very good hotel, clean and very safe. The staff and service were very helpful, especially Haydar, who was very friendly, always with good energy and a smile, and always nice. Hotel in a good location, varied food, everything was a plus. I recommend it 100%

Honestly disgusting!! Checked in early hours, we were brought to our room which was in a seperate building, through a dark alley - no lift so isnt accessible to get into without having to carrys my sons pram up the stairs. Very narrow staircase like some sort of a motel, it had a weird smell once we entered this block - really not worth the price we paid. The rooms advertised online are nothing like in reality, extremely misleading. Hotel staff havent been helpful as of yet either. We also met a family who had just checked out and advised to stay away from the food as it is not up to standard at all. Will be giving in until morning and if no one has helped we will be looking at alternative hotels as this has really ruined our entire holiday and the ‘block’ we have been placed into isnt upto standard and definitely not worth the money we paid

The service at Blue Wave Suite Hotel was outstanding, so much entertainment for the kids day and need you never need to leave your hotel. I was especially impressed by the very fast and high-quality service at Blue Bar. Especially bartender Haydar Özkan always served with a very happy smile. Always 5 star
