Das Hotel ist grandios!! Schön familiär und super freundlichliches Personal!! Ramazan, an der Rezeption,, Mehmuh Kofferträger, Nurath an der Poolbar, Hassan, Kemal, und alle anderen, dessen Namen ich mir nicht merken konnte!!! Ich würde gerne 10 Sterne vergeben!! Alles super sauber! Tolles, reichhaltiges Essen und Trinken!! Wunderschöner Privat Strand mit Liegen und Schirmen. Wir: Christa Klaßen und Marcus Ströckens möchten uns nochmals für den exzellenten Service bedanken und empfehlen das BLUE DIAMOND ALYA sehr gerne weiter!! Es gab wirklich NICHTS zu bemängeln!! Wir planen bereits den nächsten Termin, um genau dort wieder hin zu fliegen. Auch der Hotel Manager hat alles super im Griff!! Für uns das BESTE HOTEL 🏨 an der türkischen Riviera!!!

Went here with my family and had a great stay. Personnel is amazing with kids! Great food and clean rooms and surroundings. Great location with short and safe access to the beach. Busses go to city centre right outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend the spa with hammam and massage. Also a fantastic photographer on site.

Oir holiday was fun and relaxing,we are so very please with everything! I would stay there anytime when in Alanya sna will come back! Perfect for couples and access to the town is so easy amd fast! Thank You so much!

Im very pleased with our stay in Blue Diamond Alya, stayed there a week and its in VERY good location in Alanya city. Good food and nice rooms. Thanks to hotel manager Emre we had a very good service and help if needed. Thankyou again!

Cudowny hotel. Czysty zadbany personel zawsze usmiechniety i pomocny. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie . W całym hotelu czyściutko 2 baseny czyste ,leżaki również. Jedzenie przepyszne urozmaicone zawsze duzo przecudowne ciasta i owoce. Woda butelkowana dostępna w każdej ilości. Byliśmy przez biuro podróży TUI gdxie otrzymywslismy wszystie informacje na biezaco. Transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko wszystko punktualne tylko bardxo dlugi w międzyczasie z postojem na zakupy lub WC.

Odwiedziliśmy blue diamond w grupie dwoch rodzin z dziecmi. Hotel bardzo przyjemny, przede wszystkim czysto, pokoje ładnie urządzone, bardzo ładne, czyste i nowoczesne łazienki. Jedzenie pyszne, wybór nie jest jakiś ogromny ale zdecydowanie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dwa baseny - i bez problemu można znaleźć miejsce nawet w poludnie, nie trzeba 'rezerwować' miejsc z samego rana. Obsługa bardzo miła- szczególnie Ayse z baru przy basenie. Niesamowicie mula osoba, zawsze uśmiechnięta I pomocna. Bardzo wygodne dojście do morza, króciutkim tunelem pod ulica - 2 minuty i już na plaży. zejście do morza - niezbyt lagodne, raczej nie dla dzieci. Jedyny minus to mała ilość atrakcji w samym hotelu - występ tańca tureckiego i tamcerki tańca brzucha oraz występ gitarowy. Hotel nie prowadzi animacji ale o tym wiedzieliśmy więc nie było zaskoczenia :) Dla nas rewelacyjne wakacje, bardzo udany pobyt - polecamy :)

I definitely recommend the hotel. Good food, very friendly staff, rooms are well-kept and clean hotel, convenient location. Beach right next to the hotel, a really good choice to relax both with friends and family

Blue Diamond Alya Hotel Alanya'da bayram tatilimizi yapmak üzere gitmiştik. Ertesi sabah havuzdaki kaydıraklardan kayan bir 80 kiloluk bir çocuk hiç beklemeden 9 yaşındaki oğlumun peşinden kaydı. Oğlum daha uzaklaşamadan suratının üstüne bütün vücuduyla çarptı. Oğlumun yüzündeki havuz gözlüğünün keskin kenarları üst ve alt göz kapaklarını yardı. Aradan 3 ay geçmesine rağmen tedavi görmeye devam ediyor ve iz kalacak. Olaydan sonra havuz çevresindeki tüm tabelaları kontrol ettim ve önceki kişinin kaydıktan sonra uzaklaşmasını beklemek ile alakalı en ufak bir uyarı bulmadım. Otelin ihmali yüzünden neredeyse oğlum gözlerinden olacaktı. Sadece bir akşam yemeği için ki o da hepimizin midesini bozdu 2 gece konaklama ücreti aldılar ve iade etmediler. Bırakın iadeyi özür bile dilemediler. Ödemeyi neden peşin aldıklarını anladık.
