In January, the hotel has a sauna, hammam, and fitness. The air conditioner worked well for heating. The food is normal.

Just got back from an amazing trip Avena hotel was perfect nothing to complain about food was great every day we had something different and with lots variety available The hotel was nice and clean it was in the perfect location everything was literally on are door step with loads of shops to. The beach was also amazing very close to the hotel . Will definitely be returning 😊

we stay in this hotel for 7 nights.are room its very clean ,have fridge with 2 bottles of water,coffe and tea ,toping up every day.Bed its very comfortable.Food in main restaurant its plenty what to choose,every day fresh.STaff members its very helpfool ,friendly.im like everything abaut this hotel.Very good location.Highly recomended.be returning definitely.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms were really spacious and clean! Bathroom was so so clean. House keeping were always on top of cleaning the rooms. Catering staff were absolutely lovely especially when they were always cleaning and always ready to help! Food was nice, great for an all inclusive. It is a mixed pool however have a burkini ready as they do allow modest wear. The spa staff are really nice they offered us a time to make our experience more segregated so we would not free mix with others. Definitely one of the best hotels in that area compared to other hotels in the area. Definitely will visit again.

I sent my children and my wife for a 2-day holiday to Avena Hotel, the food was very good, they loved everything, they only had one problem with parking. It has a family and friendly atmosphere.. there was also a lifeguard, he was smiling and very friendly.. our child greets him, thank you for everything,..

Pleasant stay but disappointed by certain services for a 4 star: paid WIFI in the rooms, average breakfast not very varied. In this season (April), no cocktails at the beach bar (only water for the all-inclusive formula), no afternoon snacks during this period. Noisy in the evening, open-air nightclub DJ atmosphere (complicated with a departure at 4 a.m....to fall asleep). Special mention for the SPA with the masseuses who are EXCEPTIONAL, unbeatable value for money. Room a little dated, we would have appreciated bathrobes!

Stayed for two weeks in April. Some things were not fully operational i.e. flumes, could only water at snack bar on beach. Staff were very friendly and efficient, special mention to Ridvan and Umid who were a credit to the hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Lovely cold pool. Cleaners are everywhere. Gin had a strange taste although others thought it was lovely however vodka was fine. Hubby quite happy with beer. Food in restaurant was good, some Turkish dishes to try. Chicken, turkey, fish and of course, kebabs.
